These cookies are not only delicious but Ready Brek is high in calcium. Fantastic for anyone who doesn’t consume dairy products for any reason. This recipe makes 12 chunky cookies that everyone will enjoy.
150 grams vegan margarine
150 grams brown sugar
100 grams Ready Brek
100 grams self raising flour
100 grams vegan chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Cream together the margarine and sugar.
Mix together with the flour, Ready Brek and chocolate.
Bring together by hand until the mixture is is one big ball.
Form 12 flattened balls and place onto a baking tray.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until beginning to brown.
Remove from oven and let them cool before eating, although they are lovely when the chocolate is still gooey.
