Vegan Red Cabbage Coleslaw

This is refreshing, tangy, crunchy and crisp. So easy to knock up and always a crowd pleaser.


300 grams red cabbage, finely chopped

100 grams red onion, peeled and finely chopped

1 apple, finely chopped into match sticks

1 handful of raisins

2 tbsp white wine vinegar

2-3 tbsp vegan mayonnaise


Mix all ingredients together and leave to stand for at least one hour.

Serve! That’s it.
