Vegan Overnight Oats

These chocolate overnight oats are so yummy. Really chocolatey and comforting, just what you need in the morning. You can add any topping of your choice, banana, nut butters, berries, granola etc. It’s also really filling and so easy to prep the night before.

Ingredients, serves 2
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup vegan milk
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon maple syrup

Mix all ingredients together well in a bowl. Put a lid on it and keep overnight in the fridge.
Stir through again in the morning before serving. Add extra milk if required and add whatever toppings you have available.
