Chocolate Chia Pudding

This pudding is both healthy and easy to make. Serve it with peanut butter and fruit for a satisfying sweet treat.

Ingredients, serves 4

60 grams chia seeds

400ml almond milk

3 tbsp cocoa powder

3 tbsp maple syrup or to taste

Dash of vanilla extract

Method

Whisk all ingredients together well and leave covered in the fridge overnight. You may want to add more maple syrup to taste.

Serve with fruit, nut butters or simply have on its own.
