The Best Vegan Brownies

Who doesn’t enjoy a freshly baked brownie that is still warm and fudgy? This is a super easy all-in-one recipe that you will want to use over and over again.

Ingredients – 12 pieces
250 grams plain flour
350 grams demerara sugar, or muscovado for extra fudginess
65 grams cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
250 ml water
250 ml vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Line a baking tin, 18x32cm (approx.).
Whisk all the ingredients together until you get a glossy batter.
Pour the batter into the baking tin.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Once out of the oven, wait for about 15 minutes before slicing up and serving.
