If you like normal hummus you will love this. Serve as a dip, in wraps and sandwiches. It pairs really well with anything spicy i.e harissa and kimchi. It’s also a lovely change from hummus, if like me you eat the stuff all the time!
1 can of green lentils, drained
3 handfuls of cooked peas
1 lemon, juiced
Half a teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons of tahini
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 handful of mint leaves
Whizz up all the ingredients in a blender to desired consistency. Serve straight way with a dollop of harissa and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
