This is a really easy and versatile dip that can be used like a hummus with crackers or bread.
75 grams Walnut halves
250 grams jarred Roasted Red Peppers
1 tsp smoked paprika
Soak the walnuts for an hour in freshly boiled water.
Blend together the walnuts, peppers and paprika.
Add lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with crudités, bread or crackers.
